Terms of service

By creating an account or using heyjune. at https://www.heyjune.co.uk, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, and our Cookie policy (including cookies and analytics required to run the service). If you do not agree, do not use heyjune.

You confirm acceptance when you create your profile. We record the date on your account.

heyjune is a family pet home for sharing photos and short videos with people who care about your pets. Pet profiles are for animals. Humans use their own profile.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep access secure
• You are responsible for activity on your account
• You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your country, or use the service with a guardian's permission
• One person per account — no impersonation or fake identities

You keep rights in photos and videos you upload. You grant heyjune permission to host, resize or transcode where needed, and display that media to other users according to how the product works (profiles, household feeds, Explore, Today, Find, and public shares).

Only upload content you have the right to share. You are responsible for permission from people who appear in your media, especially children.

The following are not allowed:

• Hate, harassment, threats, or discriminatory abuse
• Sexual content, pornography, or sexualised imagery
• Gore, extreme violence, or content intended to shock or harm
• Spam, scams, malware, or attempts to steal accounts
• Human-as-pet profiles or pretending someone else is a pet
• Illegal activity under applicable law

We may remove content, restrict features, or close accounts when needed to keep heyjune safe. Reports help us review issues. We do not guarantee a particular response time. Serious illegal content may be preserved and disclosed to authorities where required.

Pawtag, phone cases, yearbooks, and similar products may require payment through Stripe. Prices and shipping are shown at checkout. Physical goods are subject to availability and our fulfilment processes. Refund requests should be sent to hello@heyjune.co.uk.

heyjune links to or integrates with third parties (for example Stripe checkout or rescue contact URLs on Find). Their terms apply when you leave heyjune or use their payment flow.

heyjune is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect moderation, or that content will always remain available. Features may change as the product grows.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms. Sections that should survive (content licences already granted, disclaimers, and limits of liability) continue to apply.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
