Terms of service

By creating an account or using heyjune. at https://www.heyjune.co.uk, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, and our Cookie policy (including cookies and analytics required to run the service). If you do not agree, do not use heyjune.

You confirm acceptance when you create your profile. We record the date on your account.

heyjune is a family pet home for sharing photos and short videos with people who care about your pets. Pet profiles are for animals. Humans use their own profile.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep access secure
• You are responsible for activity on your account
• You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your country, or use the service with a guardian's permission
• One person per account - no impersonation or fake identities

You keep rights in photos and videos you upload. You grant heyjune permission to host, resize or transcode where needed, and display that media to other users according to how the product works (profiles, household feeds, Explore, Today, Find, and public shares).

Only upload content you have the right to share. You are responsible for permission from people who appear in your media, especially children.

The following are not allowed:

• Hate, harassment, threats, or discriminatory abuse
• Sexual content, pornography, or sexualised imagery
• Gore, extreme violence, or content intended to shock or harm
• Spam, scams, malware, or attempts to steal accounts
• Human-as-pet profiles or pretending someone else is a pet
• Illegal activity under applicable law

We may remove content, restrict features, or close accounts when needed to keep heyjune safe. Reports help us review issues. We do not guarantee a particular response time. Serious illegal content may be preserved and disclosed to authorities where required.

Some heyjune products may require payment - for example wall calendars, photo albums, yearbooks, phone cases, and Pawtag when those products are open for order. Prices, shipping, and what is included are shown before you pay.

Payment processor. Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (and related Stripe entities). Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout. heyjune does not store your full card number. Stripe's terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment step.

Printer and fulfilment. Custom printed goods (including dated wall calendars) are manufactured and shipped by our print partner, Prodigi. We send them your delivery address and the artwork needed to print your order. Production and delivery times depend on Prodigi and the carrier. Packaging is typically white-label (no Prodigi branding on the outside).

Custom goods - no refunds or returns. Printed products are made to your order from photos and choices you select (covers, months, pets, and similar). Once payment succeeds, that order is a personalised custom product. By law and by these terms, customised goods are not eligible for cancellation, refund, return, or exchange, except where we must offer a remedy because the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, or where a right cannot be excluded under UK consumer law. If something goes wrong in that way, email hello@heyjune.co.uk with your order details and photos of the issue.

You are responsible for checking artwork before you pay (crops, orientation, and which photos appear). Colour on screen may differ slightly from print. Wrong address or failure to collect a parcel may mean a failed delivery without a refund.

Products marked coming soon or not yet open for purchase cannot be paid for until we enable checkout for that product.

heyjune uses and links to third parties that help run the product - including Stripe for payments, Prodigi for print and shipping of custom goods, and other tools such as hosting and authentication. Their terms apply to the parts of the flow they provide. Find may also link you to rescue or breeder contacts outside heyjune.

heyjune is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect moderation, or that content will always remain available. Features may change as the product grows.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms. Sections that should survive (content licences already granted, disclaimers, and limits of liability) continue to apply.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
